Masterclass μικροδιηγήματος

Η εμπειρία ενός εργαστηρίου γραφής προσαρμοσμένη στις ιδιαίτερες αισθητηριακές δυνατότητες του νευροδιαφορετικού μυαλού. Στο πρώτο μέρος θα ανακαλύψουμε τη δύναμη του flash fiction και τη σημασία των αισθητηριακών ερεθισμάτων στη συγγραφή και την καλλιτεχνική δημιουργία. Στο δεύτερο θα πειραματιστούμε γράφοντας επιτόπου μικροδιηγήματα, που θα τα σχολιάσουμε με την ομάδα.

Η Κατερίνα Μαλακατέ γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1978. Σπούδασε Φαρμακευτική σε προπτυχιακό και μεταπτυχιακό επίπεδο στο ΕΚΠΑ. Είναι συγγραφέας, το πιο πρόσφατο μυθιστόρημά της είναι το «Χωρίς πρόσωπο» (Μεταίχμιο, 2020).  Έχει ολοκληρώσει τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στη Δημιουργική Γραφή. Παράλληλα είναι ιδρύτρια του λογοτεχνικού blog Διαβάζοντας και συντονίζει την ομώνυμη online βιβλιοφιλική κοινότητα  που μετρά πάνω από 160.000 μέλη. Επίσης, είναι ιδιοκτήτρια του βιβλιοπωλείου Booktalks και διατελεί Ταμίας του PEN GREECE. Διαγνώστηκε αργά με αυτισμό και ΔΕΠΥ κι από τότε αγωνίζεται για την ορατότητα των νευροδιαφορετικών.

Micronarrative Writing Masterclass.

A writing workshop experience tailored to the unique sensory capacities of the neurodiverse mind. In the first part, we will explore the power of flash fiction and the importance of sensory stimuli in writing and artistic creation. In the second part, we will experiment by writing short pieces of flash fiction on the spot, which we will then discuss as a group.

Katerina Malakate was born in Athens in 1978. She studied Pharmacy at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is a writer; her most recent novel is “Without a Face” (Metaichmio, 2020). She has also completed postgraduate studies in Creative Writing. At the same time, she is the founder of the literary blog Diavazontas (“Reading”) and coordinates the namesake online book-loving community, which has over 160,000 members. She is also the owner of the Booktalks bookstore and serves as Treasurer of PEN Greece. She was diagnosed later in life with autism and ADHD, and since then has been an advocate for the visibility of neurodivergent individual
